What is HRV?

Heart Rate Variability (HRV) is the language of your nervous system, showing how your body responds to it’s ever changing environment.

Years ago, when Salim first discovered HRV, his score averaged around 32. By learning to work with his body, and eventually becoming more sovereign in his nervous system, his HRV rose consistently above 100.

That journey shaped The A.R.T. of the Heart framework: a path to help others build the same awareness, stability, and trust within themselves.
