Our Privacy Policy covers everything else we collect.

1. Keeping the Site Working

Set by the platform that hosts this site, so pages load, forms submit, your login holds, checkout completes, and the site can tell a real visitor from a bot. These cannot be switched off without breaking the site.

2. Counting What Gets Read

Google Analytics sets cookies that count visits and show us which pages hold attention and where people arrive from. They count visits without telling us who you are. We have not turned on Google’s advertising features.

If you arrive from a region where the law asks for your permission first, the cookie banner asks before this cookie is set.

3. Remembering Your Choices

When you answer the cookie banner, a cookie remembers your answer so you are not asked again on every visit. If you log in to a course or the coach, a cookie keeps you signed in.

4. The Quiz and the HRV Coach

The HRV quiz and the HRV Coach live at coach.thathrvguy.com, on a platform operated by our technology partner on our behalf. Cookies there keep you signed in and keep your session with the coach continuous. How that information is handled is described in our Privacy Policy and our Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy.

5. Embedded Video and Audio

A YouTube video, a Spotify player, or an Instagram post on one of our pages is served by that platform directly. It sets its own cookies under its own policy, and we do not receive what it collects.

6. Turning Them Off

• The banner. Where it appears, you can decline analytics cookies there. To change your answer later, clear this site’s cookies in your browser and the banner will ask again.
• Your browser. Every major browser blocks or deletes cookies in its settings, usually under Privacy. Block all of them and parts of this site stop working, along with most others.
• Global Privacy Control. If your browser sends a GPC signal, we treat it as an opt-out.
• Google’s opt-out. Google’s browser add-on opts you out of Analytics everywhere: tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
• A private or incognito window clears cookies when you close it.

7. Changes

When this changes, the date at the top changes. If we ever add advertising or tracking technologies, we will say so here and in the Privacy Policy, and you will be able to opt out.
