After you complete the course, and before the circle begins, you'll have a private 45-minute call with Salim, one to one. He grounds your practice and helps you find the thread you'll pull over the six weeks, so you arrive to week one ready to begin with the group.
The circle meets weekly on Thursdays at 4pm Eastern / 1pm Pacific, for six weeks: October 15, 22, 29, November 5, 12, and 19. Each call is sixty minutes, live with Salim.
The circle is built on presence, so come to all six if you can. If you do miss one, the teaching portions of each call are recorded so you can catch what you need.

The HRV Fundamentals course is about two hours of content across five modules, released four days apart so the material has room to land. You move at your own pace. The practices are simple and meant to support integration.
